The World of Coca-Cola offers a unique experience for visitors to Atlanta, Georgia. The complex, located next to the renowned Georgia Aquarium, allows visitors to learn about the history of this famous company and even sample flavors from around the world. Is it worth the cost of the ticket? Let’s get into it and what you can expect!

Cost
A weekend adult ticket at this time costs $26.00, and a youth ticket costs $22.00. This means that for a family of four (two adults, two kids), a visit to the World of Coca-Cola will cost $104.54 (including taxes).
What You Will See
The Coca-Cola Theater- Your visit will start in the Coca-Cola Theater with a brief movie. The movie is not educational or related to the history of Coca-Cola, but more so sets a vibe and promotes Coca-Cola as something that brings us all together.
Coca-Cola Stories- This area was one of my favorites! We learned so much about the history of Coca-Cola and LOVED the AI photo opportunities. Pay attention to all of the interactive displays, so many people were walking by and only noticed that they let you take your picture once they saw us using them!
Icons- Even though this section of the World of Coca-Cola is labeled as its own section. It is really just a small area with a few items and logos.
The Vault of the Secret Formula- Although you can’t enter the vault, we thought it was cool to see where the secret formula is stored!
Taste it!- Taste it will be a big hit with the whole family. There were so many flavors to try from countries all around the world! You are given a cup when you enter, and you use this cup at the multiple stations set up around the room. After a while, it was a lot for my family to keep sampling the sodas (Even though we kept samples to tiny pours)! I recommend trying a few stations and then coming back later to try more flavors.
Scent Discovery- This was another favorite area of mine! Entering the Scent Discovery room, we played a game with other visitors where we all tried to guess the scent we were smelling. It was a lot of fun, and the employee running it made us laugh a lot! After the game finished, we made our way through the rest of the exhibit, where we were able to smell different flavors and ingredients that Coke uses in its products.
Polar Bear Meet and Greet- The Polar Bear Meet and Greet could have been fun, but we missed the timing! Availability varies day by day! There should be a sign posted outside the area indicating when the Coca-Cola Polar Bear will be there!
Coca-Cola Store- It isn’t a visit to a tourist attraction until you hit the gift shop! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the gift shop was actually reasonably priced. Prices were so much cheaper compared to the Aquarium next door!
How Long Will You Spend Here?
We spent roughly an hour and a half here. We just missed the opening of “The Studios” section, so you may spend longer than we did. We do take quite a bit of time to read signage, etc., so if you breeze through museums, I would expect to spend about an hour.
Worth it?
We enjoyed our time here. As someone who doesn’t drink soda (really, I mean it – it makes me nauseous), I had a great time here. Is it worth the cost? I do think the price of children’s tickets is high, and an hour and a half is not much time to spend at an attraction. Despite this, I think the World of Coca-Cola is worth visiting at least once. Throughout the year, the Georgia Aquarium next door runs promotions and deals, including a combo ticket, with the World of Coca-Cola located right next door. We unfortunately were not visiting at a time when this promotion was offered, but I would highly recommend taking advantage of this deal! You can check out my post on the Georgia Aquarium here!
