I recently stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club SeaWorld Orlando location for the first time. My family (5 adults) split a 2-bedroom 2 king connecting suite with a sofa bed. Here is my complete review of the room and our experience!

Location
We visited the Walt Disney World Parks during our stay, and I found that it was very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this hotel, and we got to the parks very quickly. It was also a very quick ride to the airport!
Another bonus of this hotel’s location was its proximity to the nearby 7-11. Because the hotel shop closes at 8 pm, after a long day at the park, we were able to restock on water at the 7-11. It was roughly a 7-minute walk from our room.
Lobby and Reception
We really enjoyed the lobby area. It was spacious and bright with a comfortable area to relax until your room is ready, if needed. The lobby bathrooms were clean, and there was a water bottle refill station as well.
Once we checked in, a golf cart ride was offered to us, and they took us to our building with our baggage.
Throughout our stay, it was extremely easy to get in contact with guest services and request more towels and information about the coffee maker (we had some difficulty getting it to work the first morning)!
The Room
I found the room to be quite spacious, clean, and modern. The bathrooms were extremely clean with no mold around any tiles or grout. The beds were on the firmer side and a bit squeaky at times, but I found them to be very comfortable. Chargers were located all throughout the room in convenient locations, including on the bedside tables. The “master” bedroom had a tub and sink located within the room itself, and an attached bathroom. This bathroom also had a door connected to the living room.

Within the living room is a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a dining room table, and a large L-shaped couch. This couch also doubles as a queen-sized bed. I did not sleep on the bed; however, my family member found it to be more comfortable than an average pullout and less comfortable than a real mattress.
The second room has its own mini kitchen, bathroom, and king-sized bed. We enjoyed the small couch. It was perfect for setting up for the next morning, and sitting on to put on our shoes.
One additional feature I enjoyed was the screened balconies! It allowed us to get some fresh air without the bugs!
We found that our thermostat in one room did not function. Although we set the room to 68 degrees, it remained at 73-75. The other rooms worked fine, so to keep it cool at night, we kept our bedroom door open to the living room.
Our building was extremely close to the lobby. Some buildings, however, were quite far. If you don’t have a car at your disposal, I would be prepared for a lengthy walk to the lobby!
Amenities
The Hotel website reads, “Daily Resort Charge includes: Internet access; TV streaming & casting; 2 cups of brewed coffee or 2 16oz bottles of water per day; select daily activities (fitness classes, kids arts & crafts); 10% off a 60 min massage; nightly movies; shuttle to SeaWorld, Aquatica & Discovery Cove.” Upon check-in, we were not informed of any of these benefits, even though we were brought to a “VIP room” for check-in. The check-in process was very pushy. First, in the lobby area, there were two available staff members who wanted to check us in, but we were ushered into a separate room where we were made to wait 10 minutes for another guest to finish speaking with the representative before we could check in. Then, when we checked in, they were pushing us to sit through another tour and presentation, and gave no info about the hotel itself. This situation was quite off-putting after a long day of travel.
Pool
The main pool was clean with plenty of seating and had a beautiful waterfall. All pools are heated and open from 7 am – 11 pm. The pool is a great way to spend a relaxing day at the hotel, and save some money if you plan on visiting the parks during your stay!
Dining
On the property is the Provisions Market & Fresh Deli as well as the Coral Reef Bar and Grill. My family enjoyed that Provisions serves Starbucks and had breakfast sandwiches. Their hours at the time of posting were 7 am-8 pm. We did not get a chance to try out the Coral Reef Bar and Grill restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations location again. The location, room size, and cleanliness throughout the property! Have you stayed at a Hilton Grand Vacations? What is your favorite location?
