Are you managing multiple allergies and planning a stay at Disney’s Aulani Resort? I was in the same position! Here, I’ve documented my favorite things I ate as someone who manages dairy, peanut, and tree nut allergies.

Poke Bowl
At Ulu Cafe I have a delicious Classic Poke Bowl with Ahi, Sweet Onion, Scallion, Sesame, Ogo, Inamona, and Sushi Rice. The fish was so fresh, and the serving size was perfect to fill me up after a long day in the lagoon and pools. These bowls were made right in front of me, and I was able to inquire about my allergies to the person making the bowls. They were very kind and reassuring!
Dole Whip
Yum! Can anyone ever have enough Dole Whip? I know I can’t! I got my Dole Whips at Ulu Cafe, in the same spot I got my Poke Bowl. I let them know that I had allergies, and they were kind enough to provide me with an allergy binder with all ingredients listed.

Off the Hook
Off the Hook did not have an allergy menu available online, but they were so accommodating when I arrived! During my stay I enjoyed the Garlic Pan-Seared Salmon with steamed rice, asparagus, shitake mushrooms, and pickled daikon. My favorite meal here was the Grilled Prime Skirt Steak with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, broccolini, and fire roasted peppers.
Mickey Ears Shaved Ice
Papalua Shaved Ice offers Mickey Ear Shaped Shaved Ice that is not only tasty, but presents the perfect photo opportunity! If you skip the Snow Cap and Vanilla Ice Cream add-ons, this treat is dairy-free!

I would highly recommend a visit to Aulani, even if you manage multiple allergies! At every location we ate at, everyone was so kind and helpful. I was able to eat terrific-tasting food with confidence, and that made my trip to Hawaii even more magical.
